Voyage Intelligence
Transform your vessel into a smart asset. Live telemetry, AI-driven diagnostics and automated compliance for the modern fleet.
AI Diagnostics
Abnormal Engine Vibration
Detected at 2100 RPM. Potential loose mount or shaft alignment issue. Recommend inspection.
Fuel Efficiency Optimized
Trim adjustment suggested +2°. Estimated range increase: 14nm.
Event Log
The Visibility Gap
What happens when you aren't there?
Most boat management is reactive. You find out about problems when you or an owner steps on board. Voyage Intelligence makes your fleet proactive.
Dead Battery Surprises
Owners arrive for their weekend only to find the house bank depleted or the shore power failed.
Unseen Bilge Activity
A leaking seal or stuck float switch goes unnoticed until it becomes a critical failure.
Maintenance Guesswork
Service intervals based on rough estimates rather than actual engine load and thermal history.
Powered by NMEA 2000 Gateways & Onboard Routers
Voyage Intelligence integrates directly with NMEA 2000 Wi-Fi Routers (YDNR-02), Wi-Fi Gateways (YDWG-02), Ethernet Gateways (YDEN-02), and Run Indicators (YDRI-04) from Yacht Devices.
NMEA 2000 Wi-Fi Router
Connects onboard marine instruments to local Wi-Fi & cellular hotspots. Logs navigation, engine, fuel, and battery telemetry to cloud storage every 15s to 2 mins.
Ethernet & LTE Gateway
Connects to marina Wi-Fi, 4G boosters (up to 20nm offshore), or SAT units. Auto-syncs recorded GPX tracks, CSV logs, and status updates whenever internet is present.
Circuit & Run Indicator
Monitors non-NMEA 2000 analog circuits like bilge pumps, float switches, navigation lights, and generator run-time without requiring digital switching.
Cloud & Backup Sync
Automatic telemetry sync to OceanOpsOS cloud servers. Zero data loss even if chartplotter hardware is replaced or damaged.
Supported Onboard Telemetry Streams
Connect your own onboard unit
OceanOpsOS doesn't supply the hardware — but if your boat has a compatible Yacht Devices unit, you can connect it and stream your data straight into your portal.
What you'll need
- 1
A compatible Yacht Devices unit on your boat's NMEA 2000 network — YDNR-02 (Wi-Fi Router), YDWG-02 (Wi-Fi Gateway) or YDEN-02 (Ethernet Gateway).
- 2
NMEA 2000 power and a chartplotter/GPS on the network (the unit reads your position from the plotter).
- 3
Internet on the boat — marina Wi-Fi, a phone hotspot, or a 4G/Wi-Fi booster. (The unit has no SIM of its own.)
- 4
A free Yacht Devices Cloud account, with your boat key entered in the device settings.
What it captures
Position & track, engine data, fuel & tank levels, batteries, depth, wind, and digital-switching state — logged at your chosen interval (15 seconds to 1 hour).
How to connect — 3 steps
Fit & Register
Fit the unit (any marine electrician) and register a free Yacht Devices Cloud account.
Enter your boat key
Enter your boat key so the device uploads to the Cloud whenever it's online.
Connect to OceanOpsOS
Connect your Yacht Devices Cloud to OceanOpsOS — your voyages, engine hours and logs flow into your portal.
Good to know
Data uploads whenever the boat has internet, so it arrives near-live (not to the second), and everything is recorded onboard so nothing's lost offshore. OceanOpsOS provides the connection; the hardware and Cloud account are yours, direct with Yacht Devices.
